Fidelity’s Women Talk Money series will feature Shonda Rhimes, writer, producer and CEO of Shondaland, as a special guest for an upcoming virtual event in honor of Women’s History Month. The session, titled “Women Talk Money: Share the Wealth — How To Grow Your Career and Community,” is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25 at 2 p.m. Eastern Time.

The event aims to recognize women’s contributions to history, culture and society by offering guidance on career growth and financial confidence. Purdue University faculty and staff are invited to attend the discussion with Rhimes, Alexandra Roca—host of the series—and Jennifer Bennett, head of human resources at Fidelity.

The panel will focus on navigating career choices, finding mentorship opportunities, and building financial confidence. Organizers say the session is designed to provide practical advice for making the most of new opportunities while supporting others along their professional journeys.

Attendees can register online for the live event. In addition to this session, past episodes from Fidelity’s Women Talk Money series are available as on-demand replays so individuals can access expert insights about financial wellness and career development at their convenience.

For those seeking personalized support with retirement planning or other workplace financial questions, appointments with a Fidelity workplace financial consultant can be made by calling 800-642-7131 or scheduling online. Both in-person and virtual meetings are available.
