The campaign committee of Democratic Party candidate Joseph William Mackey, JOE4HOOSIERS, refunded $550 to Charlotte Martin on July 13, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

According to the FEC data, the following reason was listed for the refunded expenditure: 'Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company'.

JOE4HOOSIERS refunded $550 total since February 1.
