1

Tippecanoe County recently issued the following announcement.

The Tippecanoe Recycling and Solid Waste District and the Tippecanoe Partnership for Water Quality's bi-annual e-waste event now includes paper shredding and medicine disposal!  We will be at Harrison High School in the front parking lot on April 30 from 8am-2pm.

Electronics Recycling: Tippecanoe County residents may bring in electric and electronic devices such as TVs, computers, laptops, vacuum cleaners, printers, etc. for recycling at no charge.

Paper shredding: A paper shredding truck will be on-site to accept up to two banker boxes of paper to shred and recycle from each car.

Medicine take-back: The Tippecanoe County Sheriff's Department will also be here to accept any unused or expired medicines. Over-the-counter and prescription (including controlled substances) are accepted.
