On Tuesday, April 1, former Jefferson High School standout Brett Denby’s college team won in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Tuesday, April 1, former Jefferson High School standout Brett Denby’s current college team, the Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, won 21-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Mercer Bears.

The game took place at Mac Nease Baseball Park at Russ Chandler Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Bears this season.

The Yellow Jackets’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 6:05 p.m. at Klein Field at Sunken Diamond against Stanford Cardinals.
