On Thursday, March 13, former William Henry Harrison High School standout Karson Kennedy’s current college team, the Illinois State Redbirds, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Western Illinois Leathernecks.

The game took place at Alfred D. Boyer Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Leathernecks this season.

The Redbirds’ next game is scheduled for Friday, March 14 at 2 p.m. at Alfred D. Boyer Stadium against Western Illinois Leathernecks.
